• Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

• Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. products shipped to USA from our warehouse in USA usually take between 3 and 6 days to arrive. 

• Notice

Mart Stuff is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Mart Stuff is not responsible for any package(s) once marked as delivered by the carrier. Any duty fees charged will also be the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country's policy before placing an order.
